Partner Account Manager
Describe your career progression at MessageMedia to date
I began with MessageMedia as an Account Manager for our Inside Sales department. I am now our Partner Account Manager. I work with all departments in MessageMedia concentrating on customer satisfaction and our Major Partner Accounts.
Why did you decide to join MessageMedia?
MessageMedia is a rapidly growing company, with a firm belief that our team is one of its biggest assets. I was able to define my role and I’m constantly challenged to make a difference every day.
How would you describe the MessageMedia culture?
It’s inspiring to work with a supportive team that is passionate, driven and cares about what we contribute every day.
What interesting projects have you worked on at MessageMedia?
One of the most rewarding projects was helping to design our internal account tracking system with our developers. By working with our sales, support and accounts areas, the system enhancements I helped design has made our day-to-day sales and account management interactions more efficient.
