Why did you decide to join MessageMedia?
I was attracted to MessageMedia because it is a rapidly growing company with a firm belief that its team is one of its biggest assets.
How would you describe the MessageMedia culture?
Like something I have never experienced before.
The company I worked for previous to my time here at MessageMedia did not employ the fun, passionate and dedicated people that I get to work with everyday.
What interesting projects have you worked on at MessageMedia?
Contributing to the redevelopment of our My Account interface has to be the biggest project that I have worked on so far.
I am also heavily involved in the improvements for our everyday products as I am closely in touch with our customer base; their feedback on our products and processes are essential to my job.
How have you been challenged to develop your skill-set during your time here?
I regard my customer skills as one of my best assets therefore I was looking to develop my technical ability and there really is a lot to learn in this field.
I thought that a lot of skills I learnt when completing my degree would never be used but seeing them being used for real-world applications here at MessageMedia has been fantastic.
What do you like most about working at MessageMedia?
There is always something to do, never a wasted moment, and at the same time we all have fun. You work hard but your passion is appreciated and recognised.
One of the greatest benefits are the regular events and get-togethers, they help in getting to know each other better for a stronger team bond.
If you could say one thing to a friend considering a career at MessageMedia, what would it be?
If you like a fun but hard-working environment and have a passion to be the best, then MessageMedia is the place to be.
